Terms of Use

Information only

This website gives general information about buying residences in Miami, including at Domus Brickell Center, NoBe PARC and Delano Residences & Hotel Miami. It is not an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any property.

Project information

Figures, features, dates and images of Domus Brickell Center, Domus Brickell Park, NoBe PARC and Delano Residences & Hotel Miami come from each developer’s public materials and may change without notice. Renderings are artist’s concepts. The NoBe PARC and Delano artwork on this site is our own illustration, not a picture of either building. For a developer’s binding representations, refer to the documents required by section 718.503, Florida Statutes.

This is not the official website of any of these projects or of their developers: North Development (Domus Brickell Center), Abbott Avenue Partners, LLC, an affiliate of the Robert Finvarb Companies (NoBe PARC), and Property Markets Group (Delano Residences & Hotel Miami). Gomez Team Group is not the developer or the exclusive sales agent of any of them, and neither is Avenew Realty. Cervera Real Estate is the exclusive sales broker for Domus Brickell Center. Per its developer, sales and marketing for NoBe PARC are by OneWorld Properties.
